Franchises For Entrepreneurs is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles.

 

Franchises For Entrepreneurs is responsible for the processing of personal data it transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf when such data has been received under the EU - U.S. and Swiss - U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks, to the extent provided by the EU - U.S. and Swiss - U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

 

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, Franchises For Entrepreneurs is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. California’s Shine the Light Law

 

CA Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request and obtain from Franchises For Entrepreneurs once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom Franchises For Entrepreneurs may have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those third parties. As a general policy, Franchises For Entrepreneurs does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your prior consent. 12. Do Not Track and Cross-Site Tracking
